The recent Saturday and Sunday, I stayed in a town hotel for the weekend. Initially, I wanted to stay in a hotel in Bayan Lepas but both hotels were fully booked due to the Penang Bridge Marathon on Sunday, 24th June 2007. There were 21,000 participants locally and from Thailand, Singapore, USA and Kenya. This is my second time staying in this town hotel and I was lucky to get a room despite the marathon bookings. The pictures were snapped in my camera, but at the moment, I am too busy to load them to the web site. Some other time, perhaps.

Just a couple of days ago, PayPal emailed me with the following:
Dear Diana Tan,
Our review is complete and we have restored your account.
We appreciate your patience and thank you for your help in making PayPal
the safest and most trusted online payment solution.
Sincerely,
PayPal
I am relieved that my account access has been restored and I quickly transferred the accummulated monies of USD774 to my debit card to withdraw about RM2,650 later on. It was the second time in a row that my PayPal account access was limited due to further withdrawals on my side. To confirm that it is me taking out my own money and not some fraudsters, Paypal immediately limited my account access. It was kind of a nuisance at first, but considering the precautions that they take when it comes to withdrawal, I guess I just have to be a little patient in this matter.
