Plastic surgery is not cheap. You need to be physically fit to undergo surgery for hours and then recuperate in the hospital after the painful surgery. Beauty comes with a price. And it is not for everyone. But as long as you have the money, you can always buy beauty for a price by going for plastic surgery to correct the facial defects or to remove that unsightly birth mark.
