Michelle Obama’s Inaugural Dress

Michelle Obama took her place in history on 20th January 2009 wearing an Isabel Toledo yellow shift and matching overcoat. She accessorized with a diamond brooch and diamond studs, green pumps and green gloves.
I love the neutral color and overall classic look of this outfit. The green shoes and gloves did better than match; they mixed well with the yellow suit.
This is definitely a vast improvement over what we saw on election night. Congratulations, Isabel Toledo and good choice, Michelle Obama.
