Making Money Online – Any Good?

Business, Diana's Diary, Finance, Food for Thought, General No Comments

Of course I knew that there are several sites out there offering paid blog posts. However, I did not have a closer look so far, because I was under the impression that paid blog reviews are expensive and you have to expect to pay around $20 for a post. I am glad I now had a closer look and gave one service of this kind a try. The paid blog post service I joined some days ago is Linkfromblog.

Buy blog reviews

After I signed up I added one of my domains and soon after I started receiving bids from blog owners willing to review my blog and write a short review. Short reviews are about 200 words. I was pretty suprised when I noticed that you can get a blog review from a PR3 blog for as low as $2 (of course prices vary).

I immediately deposited $20 in my account (there is a 20% service fee, that’s how Linkfromblog makes money). Out of the 35 bids I received I chose a total of 5 blogs (PR between 1 and 3) and accepted the bid. I am very pleased with the service provided and will add it to my arsenal of marketing methods.

Why I like Linkfromblog

1. Easy account creation
2. Option to accept bids or browse their whole catalog and send invitations
3. Lot’s of blogs to choose from
4. Details oin every blog: demographics, PR, Alexa ranking, amount of posts added, blog url
5. The blog owner writes the review. So every review is totally different and not duplicate content
6. Ability to tell blog owners how they should write (positive, negative, neutral) etc.

Making money online is possible if you are diligent and motivated. This is, anyway, pure common sense for anyone to make money out there, even in the brick and mortar business. There are several programs on the internet now that offers cash for blogging on sponsor’s items and business.

Woot Online Store Sells Only One Product Daily

Business, General, News No Comments

Woot is an online store that focuses on selling cool stuff cheap. The unique feature is that they sell only one item per day until it is sold out or until the day is over when it is replaced.

A new product is released every morning at 12am central time, seven days a week. If a product sells out during its run, a new item will not appear until the next release time. You will know if a product is sold out, because the main page says “SOLD OUT” instead of “I want one”.

You might spot some bizarre things beside this. If you see the “I Want One” button bouncing around, it means act fast as a sellout is approaching! If orange flashing lights are on the main page, you just found a Woot-Off, where a new product is launched immediately after the sellout of the previous deal. There is a half-Woot-life of 12 hours maximum on any product within a Woot-Off that does not sell out.

You could also be lucky to spot a weird-looking pope hat, that is a Launch Event indicator. When you see it next to a Woot item, that item is available on Woot and nowhere else! It could be that you’re looking at the item’s initial market launch or it could be a special sneak preview just for Wooters.

Each item they sell is in stock and typically ships within 2-3 business days. If you missed yesterday’s item, its over and they allow no backorders. If revisiting this site is difficult for you, then get the Woot feed and never miss a cheap deal again. Remember they do not ship outside of the United States.

N-Viro International Corporation develops Renewable Energy

Business, Diana's Diary, Finance, General, Investment, Money No Comments

There are ways to create alternative energy from waste. This is a brilliant idea that not many people are aware of. You might like to know that a company by the name of N-Viro International Corporation develops and licenses its technology to municipalities and private companies. Their patented processes use lime and/or mineral-rich, combustion byproducts to treat, pasteurize, immobilize and convert wastewater sludge and other bio-organic wastes into biomineral agricultural and soil-enrichment products with real market value. The company has generated sales in excess of $40 million dollars, since its initial public offering in October of 1993. With this huge share market capitalization, no wonder investors are ever ready to put in their money and faith in this brilliant idea and trust this company to deliver more profits. Their web site is at http://www.nviro.com where you can browse for more details. And personally, I have been reading books on the stocks and to learn how to interpret financial reports in the newspapers. Also, I have recently open an online share trading account with Public Bank but am not in a hurry to trade yet until I know all the facts and figures and how to make money from the stock market. It is important to know how to read the charts and predict bull runs to make a gain. I plan to be a fundamental analysis investor or long term investor and not short term investor or also known as technical analysis investor.

Applying Blue Ocean Strategy

Business, Diana's Diary No Comments

In doing business, you need to apply Blue Ocean Strategy if you want to succeed. Blue Ocean Strategy means that there are no stiff competition unlike Red Ocean and you explore uncharted boundaries where you can prosper without competition. But you need to bear in mind that after some time of doing business where others have not treaded, there will eventually be copycats that will flourish and copy your exact business model like sourcing for the exact brands that you currently do and follow your very exact methods to win a slice of the market share competing with you. This is the time to again apply Blue Ocean strategy and branch out to do different, perhaps more efficient methods that you competition cannot catch up. Copy cats can also be from your former supervisors or staff who have learnt the secrets of your trade and start the same business as you and eat into your profits.

Pushcart Peddling to earn Money

Business No Comments

Every day we are inundated with the dreaded “R” words – recession and retrenchment. With many people being jobless, they can start considering pushcart peddling in shopping malls. And the rental is about RM1,500 to RM3,000 per month – way cheaper than shopping lots that cost in the 5 figures payment. Some of the pushcart owners are earning about $15k to $20k in good times and break even in bad times such as this. All you need is to sign up for every 3 months rental and renewable thereafter. You can also source your products from China like sterling silver, semi-precious stones made into bracelets, rings, or sell funky pens like the ones on 2nd Floor of Gurney Plaza and children’s watches. There are many items to consider and this is one of the ways to earn in these difficult economic times.

Looking for Herbalife Distributor selling at Supervisor Price

Business 15 Comments

I am also selling Herbalife part time since early this year and have sold to many clients online – check out the list of enquiries from my clients here. They are from the internet after doing Google search and come to me. What I want now is to look for an alternative Herbalife distributor who can sell at supervisor price and you can leave your email with me at the comment section of this blog if you can offer me 50% discount plus a further 5% discount on Herbalife products which I am getting from my upline now. This is for contingency purpose in case he cannot deliver and I don’t want to just depend on one person.

Herbalife – an affordable direct selling program to join

herbalife business pack with F1 nutritional shake
I joined Herbalife, a multi-level marketing (MLM) or direct selling program just 3 days ago. It was so convenient. I paid by internet banking to my upline’s Maybank account and the next morning, it was delivered right to my door step by Skynet from Kuala Lumpur. Above are the items I have received from Herbalife. And I was introduced this by my upline who is also my Yahoo Messenger online chat friend based in KL. He has been doing this business for 3 years now since they started in Malaysia and have even gotten RM10,000 check in commissions from his 30 downlines.

I am happy I have made the right choice to reduce weight. As you can see, I love food too much and it is about time I need to reduce my weight for an optimum BMI (Body Mass Index). From the BMI chart, I am considered overweight but thank goodness not obese. So I bought Formula 1 nutritional shake of french vanilla flavor to replace my daily meals. Just 2 scoops with 250ml of water to replace my lunch and dinner. As of today, I have already lost 0.5kg after 2 days of drinking the vanilla shake. And it is delicious and not sweet at all. I have previously joined other MLM companies, all to no avail like Perfect Youth and Lampe Berger which cost a whopping RM30,000 just to be a count. I only paid RM98 for the business pack with distributor license and form. And another RM79.23, after 50% discount at cost price from my upline at a supervisor level, for the Formula 1 nutritional shake. For more details, check out here and see the pictures of consumers with slim sexy bodies from an otherwise obese body. By the way, F1 nutritional shake mix is the bestseller product of the company to help people reduce weight.

Herbalife was founded in 1980, a company that sells weight-loss, nutrition and skin-care products by multi-level marketing, also known as network marketing. In February 1980, Mark Hughes began selling the original Herbalife weight loss product from the trunk of his car. Mark started Herbalife with the help of physicians including a Nobel peace price winner for medicine after much research for the supplements. Herbalife started when Mark Hughes saw his own mother died at the young age of 36 due to efforts trying to lose weight from unworkable and sub-quality weight loss programs. The company now has grown by leaps and bounds, spread in 60 countries with multi-billion dollar profit. I am back from KL

Business, Diana's Diary, General No Comments

Last night, I came back from Kuala Lumpur at around 8:00pm. It drizzled slightly during the trip back. As my colleague was tired after so much driving around to meet clients, I drove back from KL to Tapah which took about 1 hour. We stopped in Tapah for dinner and I bought some fruits like a pomelo, 2 huge mangoes, pink apple custard and green apple custard. My parents love fruits, as they are rich in vitamins and minerals. It was a successful business trip but quite a hectic one.

Hectic Day

Business, Diana's Diary No Comments

I am now in Kuala Lumpur and typing using another computer in the Subang Jaya condominium. There are more Chinese here compared to Shah Alam which is about 80% Malay. After 5 hours of driving down to KL from Penang, we visited a smart school in Subang. They wanted to convert the small garden to a rubberized floor for morning assembly. After the meeting, we went back for dinner, rested for a while before visiting another client in an apartment at about 8:00pm to resurface 2 outdoor badminton courts. The job was confirmed to start on Monday as the floor was badly maintained and desperately need refurbishment.
