PayPal, which processes PayPerPost’s financial transactions, will have a couple hours of downtime for a scheduled update. This should begin around 11:00 p.m. tonight, EST. All PayPal functions will be unavailable. This should have minimal effect on PPP community, and PayPal expects to be back up around 1:00 a.m. tomorrow. So all pending payments from PPP will be put on hold for a while as PayPal updates its system. You cannot receive nor send out money during this hour nor do any transaction with PayPal.
